James Richard (J.R.) Majewski was born at Parkview Hospital in Toledo, Ohio on Veterans Day, November 11th, 1979 to high school sweethearts, James (Randy) and Gail Majewski. Randy and Gail raised J.R. Majewski and his sister Amanda in the “Polish Village”, LaGrange Street area of Toledo where Randy worked in the UAW Union at Toledo Jeep.

Majewski attended Calvin M. Woodward High School, graduating in 1998. He then went on to serve honorably in the United States Air Force (USAF) from 1999-2003. During his tenure in the Air Force, Majewski served overseas, and was deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Majewski has also earned his Bachelor of Science in Business (Summa Cum Laude) and Master of Science in Management (Magna Cum Laude) at Colorado Tech. Majewski also holds the designation of Project Management Professional Certification.

In 2003, Majewski began his career in Nuclear Security at FirstEnergy’s (FE) Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station located in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Majewski’s intellect and leadership capabilities were quickly recognized by FirstEnergy’s Leadership Team while he served as the Assistant Project Manager during their reactor vessel head replacement. After his proven success, Majewski was rapidly promoted, becoming the youngest Project Manager in the company’s history.
Majewski went on to manage multiple multi-million-dollar projects within the nuclear industry and earned a reputation for his leadership style and ability to transform struggling projects, programs, and portfolios into high performers.

Majewski has also applied his leadership skills and abilities across other industries: serving as the Project Director during the construction of General Motors (GM) new production facility and product line replacement at GM’s Powertrain Plant in Toledo, Ohio.

Majewski now serves as a Senior Leader in the nuclear industry working with some of the world’s largest nuclear utilities. Majewski and his wife Nichole have been married since 2003. They currently reside in the Walleye Capital of the World, Port Clinton, Ohio.

AMERICA FIRST

In Congress, I will put AMERICA FIRST, ALWAYS

PROTECTING INNOCENT LIFE

The American people must defend innocent life and upholding the Judeo-Christian values of our founding. I will support all legislation that protects life in the womb. I believe in life at conception, and I believe our laws should protect all living souls, including those who are the most vulnerable.
    • I will fight for the right to life with every vote.
    • I will fight to end tax-payer funding of planned parenthood.
I believe that the federal governments sole existence is to preserve the life, liberty, and property of its citizens. and it is instituted to protect the rights of individuals according to natural law. Among these rights are the sanctity of life; the freedom of speech, religion, the press, and assembly; the right to bear arms; the right of individuals to be treated equally and justly under the law; and to enjoy the fruits of one’s labor.
    • I will vote against red flag laws and frivolous attempts to over-regulate the firearms market.
    • I will fight for constitutional carry, nationwide.
    • I will fight against political imprisonment and ensure that all Americans have due process.
    • I will fight against unconstitutional mandates.
    • I will fight against the federal governments attempts to set arbitrary standards that restrict our rights to commerce.
I believe that the federal government’s powers are limited to those named in the Constitution and should be exercised solely to protect the rights of its citizens.
I believe Congress must fulfill its constitutional obligations and cease the practice of delegating legislative powers to administrative agencies — legislation should be passed by Congress, not by unelected administration officials.
As Thomas Jefferson said, “The government closest to the people serves the people best.” Powers not delegated to the federal government, nor prohibited by the Constitution, are reserved to the states or to the people.
    • I will fight to abolish all unconstitutional three letter agencies such as the Department of Energy and the CIA

In order to restore its greatness, America needs a flourishing Ohio and that cannot happen without a safe, productive, and communal 9th district.

The Republican Party is raunch with lifetime politicians who are spineless and seek to serve themselves and the members of their exclusive “club”. We must fight to eradicate those within our party that seek to destroy it. We must hold them accountable to our Conservative principles and call them out when they cease to deliver.
  • I will NOT commit/promise my vote to freely to any member of Congress.
  • I will vote to remove incessant earmarks from legislation.
  • I or my staff will read and comprehend every piece of legislation that I vote on. I will also author legislation to require all members of Congress to do the same.

STRONG UNITED STATES MILITARY

I believe that America must sustain a strong military and stop committing to the endless wars of recent decades. The best way to ensure peace is through a strong national defense and America must always have the most powerful military on the face of the Earth.
    • I will support our troops at all times, without question.
I believe that American Energy Independence in critical to both our economic security and national defense. As a nuclear industry executive, I believe that America must develop an energy policy that ensures energy is affordable for our families, clean for our environment, abundant for our future, and domestic for our security.
    • I will work tirelessly to remove hyper-regulation and create an energy environment where America can regain its position as the premier nation for energy innovation.
    • Sources of energy shouldn’t require subsidies to perform on the free market.
    • The United States must lead the world in Advanced Reactor Technology.
    • Spent Nuclear Fuel provides a wealth of economic and medical potential. This fuel must be recycled, not stored for generations.
I believe that the rule of law is the ultimate safeguard of our freedoms, and the Constitution means exactly what it says, as written. I believe that America is a lawful country, and our men and women of law enforcement are heroes who deserve our absolute support.
    • I will fight against the perpetuation of communist propaganda intended to divide the trust between the general public and our men and women of law enforcement.

We need a leader, not a politician. Someone who can unify our communities and champion an effort to make both Ohio, and America great again. I am that someone.

I believe that families make the best decisions regarding their and their children’s health, education, jobs, and welfare. Not the government.

EDUCATION

I believe that our public-school systems are failing our children and that all parents should have an opportunity to choose the best education available for their children.
    • I believe that the U.S. Department of Education and the federal government’s role in education should be ended immediately.
    • I will fight for our charter school programs and advocate for school voucher programs that empower parental choice.
I believe that Fair Elections are a cornerstone of our Republic and that we must secure our elections, by returning to paper ballots, cleaning the voter rolls, banning ballot drop boxes and requiring voter photo identification.
    • I will fight for fair, honest, transparent, and secure elections – where every legal vote counts.
    • I will fight for voter identification.

IMMIGRATION

I believe that America must secure it’s borders and stop illegal immigration. That means building the wall. But we cannot stop there.
    • I will vote to support the mandatory use of E-Verify
    • I will vote to end chain migration, refugee and asylum fraud, VISA overstays, and fight any attempt by the federal government to offer legal presence, work permits, and/or amnesty to illegal aliens.

TERM LIMITS

I am aligned with the American public and have signed the U.S. Term Limits pledge.

BIG TECH

Online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube are utilizing their platforms to push political agendas. They are arbitrarily regulating free-speech in an attempt to stifle public discourse with a distinct focus on user with Conservative values.
  • I will fight to reform Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 in an effort to increase the accountability and respect that these platforms have for freedom of expression by all Americans.

I Believe In The American Dream
I’m the great-grandchild of European immigrants, and the grandchild of war veterans. I was born in 1979 on Veteran’s Day in Toledo and grew up in the old Polish village, right off Lagrange Street.

I graduated from Calvin M. Woodward, joined the United States Air Force, got a master’s degree and certification in Project Management, and spent many years in both the Nuclear and Automotive Industry.

I know what it’s like to work hard and achieve the American Dream and I want to keep the same opportunity available to all of you!
